FINALLY!

After years of waiting, planning, dreaming, I finally set foot in the country of the raising sun. The birthplace of Karate, Sushi and Samurais. Everything my heart has longed for. Due to the beginning of my Language Course came closer, I decided to split up my plans and did instead of 1-2 months at once, into 2 weeks and 4 weeks. Japan doesn't seem to be a big country, but there are so, so many things to see - you should really take your time, when you get the chance to visit Japan. It's a bit like Australia, somehow not close to anything besides China and Korea.

Anyways, Japan is, and I can say that without any doubt the only country that has not disappointed but exceeded every expectations.

Japan is different. The most outstanding is the behavior of the people, which strikes every first-timer as incredibly polite and respectful. They have invented things, we have never once thought of and the customer service are outstanding. As a backpacker you will live in Hostels, feeling like you are in a four star hotel in an other country. Thumbs up!
